Welcome to Elion.social. By using this service, you are deemed to have accepted the following terms.
1. Age Requirement and Registration
Age Requirement: You must be at least 16 years old to use Elion.social services. Registration by persons under 16 is prohibited. Account Responsibility: You are responsible for all activities carried out through your account.
2. Content and Intellectual Property Rights
User Content: The ownership and licence of any text, images and materials you share on the platform belongs to you (the user). However, by sharing, you are deemed to have granted us the basic display licence necessary for the operation of the platform. Platform Materials (AI-Generated): Images and materials provided within the platform by Elion.social are generated by artificial intelligence (AI). These materials are licence-free and may be freely used, reproduced and distributed by anyone for commercial or personal purposes. Copyright Infringement: Sharing copyrighted content belonging to others without permission is prohibited.
3. Rules of Use and Prohibitions
The following behaviours are strictly prohibited on Elion.social: Hate Speech and Harassment: Posts that are offensive, demeaning and contain hate speech targeting any race, religion, language, gender or other group are prohibited. Propaganda: Any illegal organisation or violent political propaganda activities are prohibited. Basic Prohibitions: Spam, fraud, distribution of malware and unauthorised sharing of personal data are strictly prohibited.
4. Advertising and Pricing
Free Service: All core functions of Elion.social are free for users. Advertising: Advertising may be shown to users to ensure the continuity of the platform. By using the platform you are deemed to have accepted viewing these advertisements.
5. Account Suspension and Termination
Right of Termination: Elion.social reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently delete the accounts of users who violate the usage rules, disrupt community order, or create legal risk, without prior notice.
6. Limitation of Liability
The platform cannot be held responsible for the accuracy or quality of user-generated content. The service is provided "as is" and no guarantee of uninterrupted operation is given.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The Courts and Enforcement Offices of the Republic of Turkey shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from this agreement.
